Hot Panda's 7" debut, Cold Hands/Chapped Lips offers only a glimpse of what quirky adventures were to come. Limited to 500 copies, this waxy treasure was originally a tour-only release the band sold out of the back of their re-vamped '77 ambulance as they drove it across the country in the summer of '09. Now we have made it available to those who didn't want to take a trip to the hospital.
